Huh…I get injured yesterday at Papandayan Mountain, Garut. So shame…..,(for someone who never fall in MANY hiking trips before). One of the hikers which is also my friend said that my fall was funny. Why did it happen? Well, I was in the middle of the one of many ‘difficult’ tracks (based on my opinion), and suddenly I felt confused which path that I must choose. I couldn’t find any solid ground where I can put my feet on !!! there was no rock near my position, if there was, my feeling told me that I could not reach that. Luckily, I was still able to save my precious camera before I felt down. It cost me another bruise and cut on my left hand. What a sacrifice I’ve already done just for a camera…hehehe.

This accident cost me something in this trip. I became a not confident hiker. I need my friend to show me how to handle each of the difficult tracks in that journey. Feeling guilty for that!!! Sorry guys for that……. It was only because I didn’t want to get another fall….hehehe…one time was enough for me !!!!

One part of the track is so steep and so slippery. I felt so incapable to conquer that road. But because I didn’t want to give another hard time to others, I tried to get through this road with the ‘Spiderman’ style (my friend’s term). Hahahaha….. I gripped any firm things (mostly are big stick and rock) on my side. Surprisingly, I could pass that road…So happy!!!

The view is great… which successfully paid the entire efforts that I’ve already give along the journey.

Lesson taken: When you want to go to some point, you must take your time to look every path that you can take to get there. Then choose one that you are really capable on it.

I will show some pictures taken from the site….. I hope you like them
