Can it be called as a portrait perspective?

I want to put another pictures from yesterday's trip. I took these photos on the same spot but the composition on each of the pictures is slightly different. If someone browses this blog, could you give an opinion which one is the best?

This picture was taken at the rangitoto summit. The city that you can see in this picture is the Auckland CBD, if you notice you can see sky tower on the left side and the harbour bridge on the right side.

Just want to try to put a picture in my blog. This photo was taken today from Rangitoto Island.
